About Apple Industries, Inc:
Apple Industries is the leading photo booth manufacturer in the Amusement Industry and has been a family-run business for more than 50-years. Apple’s Face Place photo booths are manufactured in the United States and include the following popular brand names: Face Place Deluxe, Face Place Sapphire, Face Place Royale, Face Place Photo2Go, Face Place Wedding Booth, Face Place Pix Place, Magazine Me, Face Place Deluxe and the latest addition: Print Budii, the world first app-powered digital printing kiosk.
All of Apple’s photo booths feature Apple’s proprietary, cutting-edge software called Smile 2.0. Written by Apple’s internal software developers, Smile 2.0 works with touch-screen navigation and allows customers to upload images directly to Facebook and Twitter and to email from any of Apple’s photo booths directly to the customer’s social network account.
Apple’s photo booths have become wildly popular in many amusement locations, such bars and clubs, game rooms, movie theaters, national chains/stores, bowling centers, theme parks, and family entertainment centers. Apple is also the major supplier to the event-rental industry with its portable Photo2Go and Wedding Booth.
Apple recently launched an ambitious social media promotion that puts the customer’s Face Place portrait photo on a giant electronic billboard in Times Square, New York City. Customers can briefly splash the photo of their choice on one of the huge electronic billboards in Times Square. While the customer’s Face Place portrait picture is displayed on the billboard, a still camera (located across the Square) snaps a photo of the street scene, showing the customer’s image on the billboard. Once the photo is posted to the billboard, the customer will receive an email of their photo being seen in Times Square.
